The Fish Creek Memorial Hall Committee is the custodian and owner of the building on behalf of the township. The functions of the Committee are to:
- maintain the Hall to a standard fit for its purpose;
- generate and seek funding for the Hall so that it can operate according to its purpose;
- maintain cleanliness;
- manage bookings; and
- promote the Hall as an available space for hire.
